- Ensuring your vehicle is appropriate for the selected route
- Checking weather forecasts and seasonal considerations
- Confirming that recommended businesses are currently operating
- Following all traffic laws and regulations
- Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for restricted areas
- Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your vehicle and travel
Accuracy and Currency of Information

Assumption of Risk
Travel, particularly to remote or less-traveled areas, involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical issues
- Adverse weather conditions
- Wildlife encounters
- Limited cellular coverage and emergency services
- Road hazards and challenging driving conditions
Intellectual Property
All content provided in our route guides, including maps, text, photographs, and recommendations, is protected by copyright and owned by alpine-marsh. You may:
- Use purchased route guides for personal, non-commercial travel purposes
- Print copies for your own use during travel
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our route guides
- Share digital copies with others who have not purchased them
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Remove copyright notices or attribution
Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our products:
- Pre-designed route packages are non-refundable once delivered
- Custom route design: 50% refund available before first draft delivery
- Consultation services are non-refundable once scheduled
If you experience technical issues receiving your purchased materials, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
- Change pricing for future purchases
- Update route information as we conduct new research
Existing purchased route guides will remain accessible to buyers even if the route is updated or discontinued.
User Conduct
